Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

  • Short flight to western Nepal

Day 3: Fly to Juphal (2,475m) & Trek to Dunai (2,140m)

  • Scenic mountain flight
  • Start trek

Day 4: Trek to Tarakot (2,540m)

  • Follow Bheri River valley

Day 5: Trek to Laina Odar (3,370m)

  • Enter remote terrain

Day 6: Trek to Nawarpani (3,545m)

  • Trek through forests and narrow trails

Day 7: Trek to Do Tarap (4,090m)

  • High altitude village
  • Tibetan culture experience

Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Do Tarap
