12 Days Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

  • Airport pickup and hotel transfer
  • Trek briefing and preparation

Day 2: Drive to Besisahar (760m) & Trek to Ngadi (1,150m)

  • Scenic drive and start trek along Marsyangdi River

Day 3: Trek to Jagat (1,300m)

  • Cross suspension bridges
  • Pass through terraced fields and villages

Day 4: Trek to Dharapani (1,860m)

  • Scenic trail through forests
  • Visit local villages

Day 5: Trek to Koto (2,660m)

  • Follow Marsyangdi valley
  • Traditional villages along the trail

Day 6: Trek to Phu Village (3,600m)

  • Enter Nar Phu Valley
  • Explore Tibetan-influenced culture

Day 7: Acclimatization and Exploration in Phu

  • Short hikes around the valley
  • Visit nearby high-altitude villages and monasteries

Day 8: Trek to Nar Village (4,100m)

  • Scenic ascent
  • Visit ancient monasteries and villages

Day 9: Trek to Kang La Pass Base Camp (4,500m)

  • Preparation for high pass crossing

Day 10: Cross Kang La Pass (5,320m) & Trek to Upper Pisang (3,300m)

  • Early morning ascent
  • Descend towards Upper Pisang

Day 11: Trek to Nayapul (1,070m) & Drive to Pokhara (820m)

  • Long descent through forest and villages
  • Transfer to Pokhara hotel

Day 12: Drive/Flight back to Kathmandu

  • Transfer to hotel
